Altamare owner Claudio Giordano, chef Simon Stojanovic and general manager Frank Scottolini, are prepping TIKL Raw Bar & Grill in restaurant-heavy Brickell for an early summer opening and while it's still under construction, here's a rendering of what the place is expected to look like. Pretty spiffy, huh? The menu, composed of small plates, meant for sharing will highlight chef Stojanovic’s farm-to-table cuisine, made using day-catch selections as well as locally grown fruits and vegetables.
