Along with the upcoming Sbraga stint at Harry's Pizzeria, chef Michael Schwartz and team have added some high profile chefs to the pop-up schedule for June and September. After Schwartz visited LA's Animal in May 2011, chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are returning the favor on June 17 with the pop-up Animal Pizzeria.
Not to be outdone, in the month of September, the recently crowned James Beard winner and Top Chef unibrow favorite Hugh Acheson will bring his southern charm to Harry's for ESS Pizzeria on September 12.
