Miami is becoming quite the Top Chef town, and now it's season 7 champion Kevin Sbraga's turn to strut his stuff for one night only.
Chef Michael Schwartz's once a month "chef pops" series continues with the hosting of Spraga, the fifth guest chef, at his pizza joint, Harry's Pizzeria in the Design District, on May 22 at 7 p.m. While Spraga opened his eponymous modern American restaurant in his hometown Philadelphia after taking home the Top Chef title, he has many roots in the 305, having attended culinary school at Johnson and Wales in North Miami. Tickets are $129 for the evening with 60 seats available.
Opening Cocktail: Bourbon and Sweet Tea

Pizza with grilled spring onions, Hani's goat cheese & arugula
Fried sweetbreads, buttermilk ranch
Roasted pork lettuce wrap, pickled beets
Deviled quail eggs, benton's bacon
First Course: Tomato Salad with mint chimichrui, charred avocado, heirloom hot peppers, pepperoni crumble
Second Course: Cobia with rock shrimp succotash, garlic chive butter, dandelion greens
Third Course: Wood Oven Roasted Duck - smoked eggplant caponata, fresh garbanzo, artichoke chips, shallot-dill vinaigrette
Fourth Course: Confit of papaya, orange-habanero sauce, lemon cremeux, madeleine
