BLT Steak Chef Shuffle; Slurping Turtle Strolling to Town

SOUTH BEACH - BLT Steak's Mario Tolentino is moving on after six months of service on South Beach. The new chef in charge is an import from NYC, Matthew Oetting, and he has quite the resume. TBD - More imports are coming to Miami, this time from the Midwest, with the rumor that Slurping Turtle is shopping real estate around town, specifically looking at Brickell, South Beach, or Miracle Mile.
