South Beach favorite Yardbird Southern Table & Bar is bringing in a bunch of local chefs for the launch of their new "Midnight Chef's Table" series. Starting May 18 at midnight, chef Jeff McInnis will host a chef, sommelier or mixologist for a ten seat, $40 prix fixe dinner in front of the Yardbird Kitchen. The first chef on deck is Dean Max of 3030 Ocean on June 15 and will be followed by chef Paula DaSilva of 1500 degrees on June 22.
