Paris via Mexico City Coming to SoFi with the Opening of La Gloutonnerie

If there is something the people of Mexico know, it's French cuisine. Next Wednesday marks the opening of Gloutonnerie, the Mexico City import that specializes in Parisian fare. Gloutonnerie is taking over the space that was vacated by Au Pied de Cochon back in December of 2009. Blending an incredible combination of "a touch of Mediterranean with a cozy Mexican vibe", the menu will go for glutton, hence the name, with such dishes as steak tartare and beef cheek stew. Similar to their neighbor Estiatorio Milos, Gloutonnerie will have an in-house market to tempt the wealthy to take home a terrine of foie gras or a spread of charcuterie for a late night snack.
