Well that didn't take long. With less than two weeks of service on South Beach, Sean Bernal is out as executive chef of Estiatorio Milos, Short Order reports. There is no word yet on the details of Bernal's exit from the newly opened Greek tavern or where he is heading next. Bernal has worked extensively in restaurants throughout South Florida, with stints as executive chef of Blue Door Fish and Sushi Samba. Estiatorio Milos has also not made an announcement on Bernal's successor. Stay tuned for more details.
