DEERFIELD BEACH - For the third year, Oceans 234 is breaking out the cigars for their monthly Havana Nights party. The Cuban-themed party will feature Cuban hors' d'oeuvres, pastelitos, and a mojito lounge in addition to Oceans 234 chef Victor Franco's fresh-caught seafood.
