Dusting Off the '64 Station Wagon for Pancho Taco

They sure don't make cars like they used to. The folks over at Wood Tavern are dusting off an old 1964 Mercury Commuter station wagon for the permanent addition of Pancho Taco to the outdoor bar. With a soft opening slated for this Friday, Pancho Tacos brings inexpensive Mexican street food, think $2 steak tacos served on homemade tortillas, cooked on the old '64 Mercury retrofitted with a grill. And if you brought your lucha libre mask, there is full size wrestling ring out back, fit for Rey Mysterio. Pancho Tacos will officially open on May 31, initially serving during bar hours before transitioning to seven days a week.
