With the growing surge in popularity of the specialty dinner, it seems like there is one every night. The newest addition to the schedule is "Beer and Whiskey BBQ" at Edge, Steak & Bar on May 29. Executive chef Aaron Brooks and restaurant chef James King will highlight barbecue for this month's dinner at their communal table, with dishes paired with craft beers from Cigar City and whiskey from High West Distillery. Future specialty dinners from Edge, Steak and Bar will take place on the last Tuesday of every month. Tickets for "Beer and Whiskey BBQ" are $79 per person with limited seats. [EaterWire]
