The Bazaar Officially Releases Reservations

Miami's most anticipated restaurant opening this summer is right around the corner with the debut of The Bazaar by Jose Andres, the imaginative culinary restaurant from LA, slated to open June 19. Opening in the SLS South Beach, The Bazaar is joining Kaysuya, a traditional sushi restaurant with a "provocative twist", led by chef Katsuya Uechi and set to open doors June 14. Today marks the official opening of the reservations for both the Bazaar and Katsuya on OpenTable. Guests who book the Bazaar or Katsuya reservations using OpenTable from May 30 to June 6 will be entered into a sweepstakes to win an exclusive tasting at the respective restaurant.
