Dominique Bistro Dances into Brickell

While some people prefer not to dance where they dine, newly opened Dominique Bistro mixes the two with the motto "French cuisine with a music program". The new French bistro in Brickell is the product of brothers-in-law Jose Sigona and Gerrardo Barrera, two Francophiles who, unsurprisingly based on their names, do not hail from France. The Parisian cuisine is crafted by Barrera, who is an alum of the Paris' Le Cordon Blue Culinary Art School, with a menu full of authentic French standards: champagne risotto, moules mariniere, housemade terrine of foie gras, escargot soaked in garlic butter. After the kitchen closes, Sigona - a graduate of Berklee School of Music - and his "music program" turn Dominique into a French electro soiree. Currently in a soft opening phase, Dominique Bistro will host an official grand opening in June.
