Cipriani and Mexican Chain Coming to Brickell's Icon

It looks like the Icon Brickell has more to celebrate this Cinco de Mayo as two new chains have signed leases for the three-story, four-year vacant commercial space, the South Florida Business Journal reports. The Italian chain Cipriani, which has outposts in NYC, Hong Kong, LA, Ibiza and Venice among other destinations, will open its first Miami restaurant/bar in the Fall of 2012 after failing to move forward at 3201 Collins Avenue.

Also coming to the Icon is La Cantina No. 20, a Mexican restaurant chain with over 30 eateries throughout Mexico.
