Following the announcement of visits from Kevin Sbraga, the guys from LA's Animal and Hugh Acheson, Michael Schwartz and the Harry's Pizzeria team continue the onslaught of visitors scheduled for their "Chef Pop-Ups" series this week with two new dates. Add to the list Marco Canora from Hearth in NYC making a stop in the Design District on July 17 for Riesling Pizzeria, part of Hearth co-owner Paul Grieco's Summer of Riesling 2012 Tour. This will be the second consecutive year that the Summer of Reisling tour teamed with Schwartz in Miami, following last year's stop at MGFD.
And the South gets some more lovin' when 3-time James Beard finalist Chris Hastings of Hot & Hot Fish Club in Birmingham, Alabama, pop-ups on August 15. With Hasting's Hot & Hot Fish Pizzeria and Acheson's ESS Pizzeria on the schedule, expect plenty of Southern hospitality at Harry's this summer.
