Daniel Ganem in at The Raleigh, Opening This Fall

Daniel Ganem, the chef of the recently closed Kane Steakhouse is taking over the reins from Sam Gorenstein over at The Raleigh, Short order reports. Gorenstein left the yet to open restaurant two weeks ago to focus on his new venture My Ceviche and brought Ganem on as a sous chef back when Kane closed last fall. Now that the chef de cuisine spot is open, Ganem is moving up.

MIchael Schwartz's new restaurant is scheduled to open in the fall, and if all goes well, there won't be any more chef turnover until then.
