In honor of the summer season, The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions, the modern American tavern located on Biscayne Blvd., is adding a twist to some summer staples with the launch of their "Summer Crush" menu. Now dubbed "Summer Crush", the shared appetizers include warm asparagus salad with a sunny side up egg, crispy pig ear lettuc bundles, "pot-o-clams", and creole style shrimp and grits. The "Big'Uns" section of the menu has some new additions as well with "A Big Ole' Smoke" pork shank with black eye peas, "Summertime Picnic" chicken that is smoked with sweet, Florida peach wood then fried, and a New England lobster roll. Definitely worthy of a summer crush.
