In what has been a week full of rumors, another one has popped up concerning chef Michael Schwartz and his long time deal to operate the hotel kitchen at The Raleigh on South Beach. NY Post's Page Six is reporting that W South Beach owner David Edelstein is possibly purchasing The Raleigh from private equity firm Brilla Group. Unfortunately, there is no word on how it would affect Schwartz and his team at the South Beach hotel. [Miami.com]
