Miami New Times has released their annual "Best of Miami" issue and there are a ton of categories, awarding everyone from Best Croqueta winner Vicky Bakery to Best Hidden Gem Little Lotus. In the more major categories, Best Chef was awarded to Hedy Goldsmith of MGFD and Andrew Carmellini's The Dutch took home Best New Restaurant. [MNT]
