Three Miami chefs will battle against each other for the quirky title of "Best Invasivore Chef" at the UnderGROUND Miami fundraising cook off at Villa 221 on June 23. The chefs - Brad Herron of MGFD, Timon Balloo of Sugarcane, and Todd Erickson of Haven - will create dishes using invasive species to the area, such us lion fish, snake head fish, wild boar and python.
