Fontainebleau Celebrates Their 1954 Opening; Peacock Garden Cafe's Healthier Happy Hour

BISCAYNE - Blue Collar's chef Danny Serfer is teaming up with Sommelier Allegra Angelo for a culinary tasting of "5 Wines, 5 Plates, 5 States" on June 27th. The five coure meal will span food from Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, New York and Virginia. Seats are $85 per person. [Eaterwire]

MIAMI BEACH - In honor of their original opening in 1954, the Fontainebleau will run a special $54 prix fixe menu at each of their three signature restaurants - Gotham Steak, Hakkasan, Scarpetta.
