Whiskey Joe's, a Tampa import, is set to take over the former Rickenbacker Fish Company spot on Key Biscayne. Expected to open in July, Whiskey Joe's specializes in seafood, fish tacos, po'boys and the like, mixed with plenty of drinking in a "beach bar" environment. [Miami.com]
