After a big win last night, the NBA Finals are coming to Miami all tied up and the Miami Heat are going all out to protect home court. That includes the food at American Airlines Arena, which is getting an upgrade thanks to Meat Market and executive chef Sean Brasel. Brasel has put together a menu of his contemporary American cuisine that will be featured in all Suite and Flagship lounges for the three games in Miami, starting with Sunday night's game. The menu includes: Asian barbecue lamb ribs, petite filet with foie butter, white truffle beef tar-tar, prime marinated deckle steak, seared broccolini, boneless short rib, potato gratin and lobster mashed potatoes. Helping out the fans in the "cheap" seats, Brasel's signature Asian barbecue lamb ribs will also be available at all concession stands.
