The weekly dinner series trend taking over Miami continues to grow with a new "world tour of BBQ" happening this summer at The Dutch. The barbecue tastings will highlight a different regional style each week - from St. Louis to Korea to the Carolinas. First up is the Lone Star state on June 26 with a menu of smoked barbecue brisket, barbecue spare ribs and Texas hot links paired with grilled corn on the cob, baked beans, onion straws and corn bread for the fixin's. The grub is priced at $30 per person and The Dutch also washes it down with some drink specials: $3 PBR tall boys, $22 pitchers of Pimm's Punch, smokey bacon old fashions and boozy Arnold Palmers. The "Bourbon, Beer and BBQ" weekly dining series will run through July 31.
