Keeping true to his roots, Kris Wessel of Red Light Little River is bringing authentic Florida food to South Beach with the opening of Florida Cookery in the James Royal Palm Hotel in October. Wessel explained the cuisine to Miami New Times: "Despite the name, it's not a drive towards ... a cracker approach to the food. (Laughs).
