Sakaya Kitchen and the Mandarin Oriental are partnering to bring the Sakaya Kitchen food truck to Brickell Key throughout the month of August. The truck will be parked on the hotel's private beach seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. serving Richard Hales' Korean fried chicken wings and beef "kalbi" short rib tacos among other Asian lunch specialties.
