The days of June are counting down and that means the team at Edge, Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons Miami are putting together another specialty themed Tuesday night dinner. For this month, executive chef Aaron Brooks and restaurant chef James King are naming the evening "Pork and Pinot", creating a menu using half a hog and five different Pinots from Elk Cove Vineyards.
