With a baby on the way as well as a new restaurant, Jeremy Goldberg, owner of Route 9 in Coral Gables and the upcoming Exit 1 on Key Biscayne, was looking for some new talent to run his kitchens. Goldberg named Chris Paciolla, formerly of Escopazzo, executive chef of Route 9 and Reginald Carter, whose grandfather spent 35 years in Coral Gables as the chef of Miracle Mile Cafeteria, executive chef of Exit 1, which is slated to open soon.
