There is never a dull moment at The Federal as chef Cesar Zapata will cook back in time with a new "Dinner Across the Decades" series, starting with the 50s this Thursday night. The five course, $75 meal with wine pairings includes such throwbacks as "Cheez Whiz", a traditional shrimp cocktail, "The Elvis" (foie gras, caramelized bananas, peanut butter, and french toast), "TV Dinner" (rabbit a la KFC), and "The Sugar Fairy's Sweet Confections".
