South Florida's wandering chef, Roy Villacrusis, is settling down in Palm Beach for a few months, opening his new pop-up restaurant Chef Roy's Studio. The pop-up, slated for a July 5 debut, will serve a multiple-course tasting menu three nights a week (Thursday through Saturday), priced between $88 and $100. [CPC]
