Two James Beard Winners to Pop-Up at Harry's

With the guys from LA's Animal set to take over the Harry's Pizzeria kitchen in less than two weeks, chef Michael Schwartz has announced two more additions to the lineup. New York City chef and the owner of Miami's The Dutch in the W Hotel, Andrew Carmellini, will be stopping by the Design District for Carmellini Pizzeria on October 22.

Following up Carmellini, the Harry's Pop-Ups will switch over the sweeter side of things bringing in Mindy Segal, the James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef of 2012, on November 5. Segal's pop up has been dubbed Hot Chocolate Pizzeria, named after her Chicago restaurant Mindy's Hot Chocolate.
