CORAL GABLES - Slated to open in the Fall, Pincho Factory, the burger and hot dog casual eatery, is coming to the Gables. Pincho will take over the former outpost of Giardino Gourmet Salads on Giralda avenue. [Miami.com]

PALM BEACH - The "retro-glam" restaurant in Downtown at the Gardens, 51 Supper Club has had, in Palm Beach fashion, a bit of a face-lift with a new American fusion menu replacing the "Old Word European fare".
