Boulud Hosting "To Live and Dine in Miami"; Balloo's Summer Additions at Sugarcane

DESIGN DISTRICT - Daniel Boulud will be hosting this year's "To Live and Dine In Miami" event, scheduled for July 25 at the Moore Building (4040 NE 2nd Avenue). MIDTOWN - Timon Balloo is cooking up some new dishes for the summer months at Sugarcane, adding items to the raw bar, robata grill and hot kitchen menus. A few of the new additions include: a tuna twist on the traditional caprese salad, crispy quail with watermelon kimchee and charred corn puree, eggplant caviar toast, and summer peach with bacon jam.
