The Federal Food, Drink and Provisions is going nautical the next few months, launching a monthly night of Federal Seafood, a New England style clam bake fit for the summer. The fish fest will run the nights of July 24, August 28 and September 25 from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., steaming up a menu headlined by the Federal clam bake of whole Maine lobster, clams, roasted potatoes and corn. Executive chef Cesar Zapata will also flex his sea legs on "barbecued" oysters with a Kansas City barbecue sauce and crusty corn bread chunks, Pot-O-Clams "lager-steamed" with tasso ham, and a New England lobster roll, among other dishes.
