The Dutch Outlines Summer Barbecue Menu

After taking on Texas, The Dutch's chef de cuisine Conor Hanlon is gearing up to continue the Dutch's summer world tour of barbecue, "Bourbon, Beer, and Q". Every Tuesday through July 31, Hanlon and his team at the Dutch are putting their spin on a different region of barbecue, from this Tuesday's feast on Memphis style baby back ribs to the Carolinas on July 17 for some Southern-fried catfish and to Korea on July 24 for Bulgogi beef skewers.
