Bagatelle to Pop a Little Bubbly on Collins Avenue

Bagatelle, a NYC-based French bistro famous for its Champagne brunch boozefests, is moving into town, signing a lease in the Boulan development across the street from the Setai. The One Group - the people behind STK - are responsible, in partnership with Remi Laba and Aymeric Clemente, for the new French addition to Collins Avenue. Miami's outpost will be the fifth Bagatelle, joining New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and St. Bart's. The other eateries/bars slated to open alongside Bagatelle in the Boulan are Barezitto Sushi Lounge and Bar Breda. No word yet on how long Miamians will have to wait before the Champagne shitshow brunches begin. Stay tuned for more details.
