With a drawn out process that began when you were buying chocolates for Valentine's Day, the Broward-Palm Beach New Times concluded the countdown of its 100 Favorite Dishes with a former Azul chef topping the list. Clay Conley's Peking Duck Tacos from his second Palm Beach restaurant, Imoto, came in at number one for being "freaking delicious" with "every well-thought-out ingredient add(ing) yet another layer of flavor and texture: cool, warm, spicy, sweet, tangy, savory."
