Doonsday at The Federal; Essensia Going Tropical

BISCAYNE BLVD - On August 2, the folks over at The Federal are hitting the grapes, hosting Randall Grahm from Bonny Doon vineyards for a five course tasting menu. For the $75 feast, executive chef Cesar Zapata has designed a menu paired with the Doon wines, with such dishes at maple barbecue octopus carpaccio, lobster noodle casserole, and smoked short ribs.
