Pop-Up Eating House Bids Adieu (For Now)

Giorgio Rapicavoli's acclaimed pop-up restaurant Eating House is ending its run at Cafe Ponce this evening, shuttering after six months of service. Chef Giorgio and business partner Alex Cassanova are considering a few options to follow up Eating House: extend the current lease, find a new permanent space, or a new pop-up location. While tonight may be the last night to dine at Eating House in its current form, it's only a matter of time before Giorgio and his team return to a Miami kitchen.
