Yesterday, folks at The Raleigh confirmed that the hotel has been sold to developer David Edelstein and SBE Hotel Group. Edelstein is the developer of the W South Beach and SBE owns the newly opened SLS, so it's an interesting pairing indeed. Plans are still on for chef Michael Schwartz to open a restaurant here later this year. [Miami.com]
