50 Eggs to Open New Asian Concept Khong This Fall

Signage (above) just went up for Khong, the new Asian concept from 50 Eggs, the restaurant group behind southern sensation Yardbird, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, and upcoming Coral Gables spot Swine and the marketing group behind the Miami Heat. Not many details have been released about the place yet, but they are hiring, and the restaurant is located on 1661 Meridian Ave., right on Lincoln Ln. about five blocks away from Yardbird. They'll serve Northern Thai cuisine utilizing "farm-fresh produce, meats, and seafood sourced from locally purveyors."
