Celeb Chef Elizabeth Falkner Hosts Three Night Pop-Up

She has appeared on Top Chef, Top Chef Masters, and The Next Iron Chef; now she's making an appearance in Miami at the Culinary Institute in Downtown. PR reps and Short Order report that celeb chef Elizabeth Falkner will be hosting a three day pop-up at MCI as a pit-stop (and preview) before her big bi-coastal move from San Francisco to Brooklyn to open Italian restaurant Krescendo. From August 23-25, diners can enjoy a three-course dinner with some of Falkner's favorites from Krescendo, served family style and complete with wine pairings. Prior to the 8:30 seating, a cocktail hour will begin at 7:30 with drinks specially made by mixologist Darren Crawford. Tickets are only available through Living Social, where $90 gets you dinner with wine pairings and cocktails, including tax and gratuity. Upgrade to the VIP ticket for $130 and in addition, you'll get to enjoy an intimate cooking demo with Falkner at 6:30, complete with a glass of sparkling wine and signed copy of Falkner's latest cookbook "Cooking Off The Clock."
