Get down and dirty with dairy at a cheese-making class offered by The Cheese Course. Literally a "hands on" experience, the class teaches you how to strain and make mozzarella. Then afterwards you can enjoy it with some tapenades and spreads, taking the rest home with you to show off to your cheese-snob friends. Each class starts at 7p.m. and costs $20.
