Kenny Gilbert will give a taste of his upcoming porktastic restaurant Swine Southern Table & Bar on August 31 and Giorgio Rapicavoli will follow up the end of his pop-up Eating House with a stop at Yardbird on September 7. Both prix fixe dinners are priced at $55 per person but include 2 pours of wine and an after dinner cocktail. [EaterWire]
