Pagano Shifts to Sunny Isles Hotel

Leaving Gulfstream behind, former Hell's Kitchen contestant Ralph Pagano is headed to Solé on the Ocean, the Sunny Isles boutique hotel. Pagano will relaunch the hotel's seaside restaurant, Alba, in October with a focus on combining the food of France and Italy to create what Pagano calls "vacation cuisine." The Alba menu will be centered on seafood, highlighted by oysters, prawns, fish tacos and stone crabs, served in a dining room bordered with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach. Along with his responsibilities in the Alba kitchen, Pagano will also serve as the Director of Food and Wine of the entire Solé property.
