Chefs for a Cure at 1500° Set for October 18; Portuguese Grapes at db Bistro

MIAMI BEACH - The second annual Chefs for a Cure Dinner, hosted by chef Paula DaSilva at 1500° at Eden Roc Renaissance, will be held on October 18 at 7 pm. The feast, benefiting the American Association for Cancer Research, will pair up chefs Jeff McInnis of Yardbird, Connor Hanlon of The Dutch, Todd Erickson of Haven, Simon Stojanovic of Altamare, Michael Reidt of Area 31 and more. DOWNTOWN - The folks over at db Bistro Moderne have rescheduled their Contemporary Portuguese Wine Tasting Dinner, now set for September 19. The four course $99 dinner will pair chef Matthieu Godard's cuisine with five wines hailing from Portuguese vineyards. [EaterWire]
