Upcoming bakery, Lee & Marie's Cakery Company, is set to open its doors this Friday in South Beach. Blogger Fatgirl Hedonist took a look inside the bakery's Wynwood production kitchen to find out what executive chef Yannis Janssens and the rest of the team are working on (banana passion bread, bacon corn muffins, Hummingbird cake, and a caramel Heath eclair are among some of the offerings).
