The Southern gentleman from Canada, Hugh Acheson, is taking over the Harry's Pizzeria kitchen in two weeks for Harry's monthly chef pop-up series. Unfortunately, September 12 is the only opportunity to get a taste of Acheson's cooking in Miami, as he told Short Order "(Miami is) Definitely not on our radar right now, but we consider everything - whether it's for two minutes, a couple weeks, or a lifetime."
