So much for that. After taking over the former Vesper Brasserie space in the Shelborne South Beach at the end of July, The Dining Room pop-up has shut down. The Dining Room had originally planned to spend a year in the space, but now is searching for a new place to call home. The Dining Room's Maria Lieberman told Miami.com about the restaurant's stay on South Beach, "Our summer fling at Vesper has left us with many memories, and we want to thank the Shelborne for making us part of their family."
While the future location of the Dining Room is in question, the group is working on a pop-up bar concept, dubbed The Blacksmith, and the Vesper will introduce a 'new casual concept.'
