Chicago's Prasino, an upscale American restaurant enamored with all things sustainable, eco-friendly, locally sourced and seasonal, is planning to make a move into the Miami market. Along with Miami, Owner Ted Maglaris is targeting Atlanta, Dallas and D.C. with plans to open two outposts in 2013. No word on who is the favorite to make the first cut. [Eater Chicago]
