Miami's Most Underrated Restaurants

In last week's Friday Open thread, commenters were mixed on the most underrated restaurant in Miami. Topping the nominations are Daniel Serfer's Blue Collar and Timo in Sunny Isles:

"Timo in Sunny Isles and its chef Tim Andriola have been under the radar pretty much since its opening. I guess it is because it is the perfect neighborhood restaurant and so successful that they can't be bothered to court the media, bloggers and the like."

"Blue Collar restaurant (6730 Biscayne Blvd)...in my opinion definitely underrated. The food is excellent in flavor and quality! Go earlier in the evening because the locals fill this quaint place up in no time!"
